My wife and I have been running a medium-sized company with around 30 employees for almost 30 years. Our adult son is the head of department there.
For many years, I've been aware that Mr. Son only performs his duties in a very “laissez-faire” manner. I am right-handed.
Last year, I had to go to the dermatologist to have a very painful plantar wart on the ball of my left foot under my little left toe lasered off.
Walking with this wart was already unbearable, and having it lasered was even more so.
The dermatologist then told me that it was caused by “fours”.
That made me laugh! Because I know that no VIRUS has ever been photographed.

The fact is: I wanted to kick my son in the “A” for months, but couldn't really do it because my wife also stood by him.
Even several discussions with him didn't help!
I think that's what caused the plantar wart. The issue between us is still “smouldering”, but on a “lower flame”.
Nevertheless, I can already feel that the wart is re-emerging.
If the son is the source of the conflict, I can't resolve it directly because, despite talking to him, he has the strong support of his mother, who is constantly defending him.
